Version 3.1.3 available. Fixes SIP vulnerabilities found by PROTOS.

Version 3.1.3 of Ingate Firewall and Ingate SIParator is now available
for download from:

    http://www.ingate.com/upgrades/

This release contains important security fixes for the SIP relay
and a couple of VPN-related bug fixes.  We recommend all users that
use SIP or experience VPN-related problems to upgrade as soon as
possible.

The most important fix in this release is that we have fixed all the
problems in the SIP module that the PROTOS c07-sip test suite found.
We have also fixed several other SIP-related problems, including some
regarding SIP over TCP.
